Electro-luminescence
Instead
of obsolete light bulbs or simple LED’s the very
latest High-Tech LED Chips from Philips LUXEON / LUMILED,
Cree and Nichia come into operation. These need for the
same amount of light only 10% power (compared to light
bulbs). These LED Chips last forever (100.000 hours) and
are absolutely shockproof. |

Optics / World Novelty
Previous pocket lamps have either diffusion lenses or
reflectors. Both did have pros and cons.
SWISSLEDLIGHTS
utilizes
in contrast novel light distribution optics (collimator).
Herewith diagonally impinging light rays are led to the
interface of the optics with a total refection into the
desired light emission direction. This will provide a
perfect light focusing (collimating) and a regular light
distribution. |

Electronics
With previous
constructions the consideration of technical
requirements (number and size of the batteries) was
mandatory. SWISSLEDLIGHTS
solves
this electronically One single battery is sufficient.
The rest is handled by the integrated Power Boost

Polymers and metal
For the first time with pocket lamps at the same time
synthetic polymers and light metal are utilized. For
mechanical stability and heat conduction anodized
Aircraft Aluminum is used and as a total protection
against corrosion /acids /Salt as well as cold and heat,
